We both passed our tests the same day and had consecutive badge numbers, EE 51968 and EE 51969. Well, on our first day, we had to go to the driving school at St Albans, and were told the time of the bus to get from Tring and where to change for the St Albans bus. You were the driver on the, then new, LN on the 706. We asked you what the job was like, and although I can`t remember what you must have replied, but it didn`t put us off, so it couldn`t have been bad. This is unlike what I told any newcomer to Stagecoach in my last couple of years, which usually went along the lines of "Think again before it`s too late". How the job changed in the last 20 years.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06443003195234332404noreply@blogger.com
